By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

The Service also covers AI-assisted technology stock portfolio tracking and management tools accessible through the platform dashboard.

To access the Service you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Security PIN.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We strongly recommend enabling the Security PIN feature for all withdrawal and sensitive account operations. We will never ask for your password or PIN via email, phone, or chat.

Accounts are non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or any form of account manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Deposits: All deposits must be made using the wallet addresses specified in your dashboard at the time of deposit. We process deposits once payment proof is reviewed and approved by our operations team, typically within 1–24 business hours. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Minimum Deposit: The current minimum deposit amount is displayed on your dashboard and may be updated at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing fee as displayed at the time of request. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Fees: All applicable fees are displayed transparently before confirmation of any transaction. reserves the right to modify fee structures with 14 days' prior notice to registered users.

The platform offers tiered investment plans (Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum) each carrying a stated daily ROI percentage for a fixed duration. By purchasing a plan you acknowledge:

• Past or stated ROI rates are indicative targets, not guaranteed outcomes.
• Cryptocurrency and technology markets are inherently volatile and investment values may fluctuate.
• Daily profits are calculated and credited according to the plan's stated rate applied to the invested principal.
• Plan durations and ROI rates are locked at the time of investment activation and cannot be changed retroactively.

The Company employs professional fund managers and algorithmic strategies to target stated returns, but expressly makes no guarantee of profit. Capital at risk is an inherent feature of all investment products.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:

• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent deposits, chargeback schemes, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities.
• Systematic scraping of platform data, API abuse, or automated bot access without prior written permission.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content via any platform communication channel.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The platform, including its design, source code, text content, graphics, logos, and all related materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal investment activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), and session management controls. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• Loss of profits, data, or investment returns resulting from market volatility, platform downtime, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Our aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• Your account shows suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Upon termination, any available and eligible balance will be returned to you subject to identity verification and applicable processing fees, unless forfeiture is warranted under these Terms or applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations owed to the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration under applicable rules before any court proceeding is initiated.
